Ethical Wage Debate Continues
There a revival in the debate about ethical wage in Chile, since when did the establishment really care about the poor?

While an "thical wage" might work for Chile, it should be coupled with some sort of income tax that everyone pays. The tax would need to be small, but that way each Chilean would understand they have a stake in the actions of the government.
