It's About Time
Our conservative columnist is back to straighten up the ranks. I was skiing all summer in the northern hemisphere and upon returning, expecting the worst, I came back to Chile pleasantly surprised that Chile's 2% rich are flaunting their wealth and the poor are getting poorer.
